This is an example of the core Weblinks component, which allows you output a list of links in different categories.

This is an example of a tab block, which is made up of 3 modules assigned to a position with the module chrome set to "tabs".

To use the tabs chrome anywhere else, simply publish the modules you want to appear as tabs to the position you want to use.

Then enable the tabs module chrome in Configurator for the relevant block under the main Building Blocks tab.
